- Pick a unique UID that will act as your account username to be used whenever logging our platform moving forward.
- Enter a password for your account, then enter it again to confirm your selected password.
- Verify your account with one of the following three options:
- OTP via text message.
- OTP via email.
- Push notification via Telegram.

Troubleshooting Common Registration Issues
Below are common issues newcomers may run into when creating their new accounts and possible solutions to resolve them.
Contact Number, Email, or Telegram Account Currently In Use
If you received a notice stating that your confirmation contact number, email, or Telegram account is already tied to an existing Winbox account — you won’t be allowed to register for a new account using those verification credentials.
If this is due to an existing account that you’ve created before, you can simply request to have the account’s password reset. Simply click on “Forgot Password / UID” and go through the proof of account ownership process to reset your login credentials.
In the case that you have never owned or registered for a Winbox account, someone else may have gained access to your data to create a Winbox account of their own. If you’ve become a victim of such data theft on the Winbox platform, we urge you to report this matter to our support helpline as soon as possible. After filing this report, ensure that access to the involved accounts have been reset and its usage monitored to prevent future cases of such instances.
Once a report is filed against the fraudulent account, action may be taken on our end to identify the perpetrator.
Trouble Verifying Account
- If you are verifying your account through email, check if the verification email is accidentally sent to your spam or trash bin.
- If you are verifying your account through text, request a new OTP only after the first one expires.
- If you are verifying through push notification on Telegram, try requesting for a new one only after the first one expires.
